All our lobster and most of the fish we offer have been caught in Menorca using traditional fishing methods and techniques.
Thanks to the boats from Ciutadella “Sa llagostera”, “Los Ángeles”, “Dorita”, “Ángel y Andrés”, “Ibis III” and “Vicenta”, every day we can enjoy fish, seafood and of course, our main specialty: Menorcan lobster, which we keep in our tanks to offer a truly fresh product.
