The star of the house, the lobster, is caught and collected every day from our live tanks so we can offer a truly fresh product.
Every day we receive fresh seafood from the sea: fish, shellfish and, of course, our great specialty, Menorca lobster.
We keep it alive in our own live tanks to ensure it reaches your table with all its freshness and natural flavor.
