Our Chef
José Luis Ruesca, well-known in Menorca for his seafood cuisine, has selected the best traditional recipes always based on the finest products: Fresh fish and seafood caught by our fishermen. The star of the house, the lobster, is captured and tended to every day in our n urseries to offer the freshest product.
Our specialty is the lobster of Menorca, which we keep alive in our nurseries to ensure freshness and maximum quality. They come to know a space that respects the tradition of fishermen and combines it with a careful service, atmosphere with sight and a kitchen in which the product is the protagonist.
